What it is
One-to-one strength coaching is health and fitness training with a progressive programme.
Who it is for
Coaching built around a clear goal: getting stronger, training with confidence, returning to sport after injury, or preparing for an event.
What happens in a session
How it works: we start with a movement and strength screen, then write a progressive programme. Every session has a warm-up, main strength work, accessory exercises and a plan for the days in between. Your coach records your training and adjusts the programme as you progress.
After physiotherapy: coaches work from your physiotherapist's guidance, so the move from rehabilitation to training is one continuous plan.
How many sessions people usually need
The number of sessions depends on your goals, movement and strength screen, and progress. Your programme can be adjusted as you progress; no fixed number of sessions is appropriate for everyone.
